One Lincoln Park

So you want to live in Downtown Denver but don't want to live in a 100 year old converted loft. You don't want to live in the older high-rises such as the Windsor or the Barkley for that matter. They're old and outdated. Where can you get sweeping views of the mountains and downtown while enjoying the comforts of modern design and elegance? Well the newly finished One Lincoln Park in Denver may just be your answer.

Maybe I'm biased because I have lived at One Lincoln Park now for a year or so now. It's fantastic. The architecture and design gives the appearance of a ship sailing through the heart of downtown. I can walk downtown in a minute. Light rail stops just outside the door. Every day I come home to our beautiful loft on the 18th floor and I am reminded of how gorgeous this new silhouette on the skyline really is. There are 10 ft ceilings, wall to wall glass, a wrap around deck, mountain and city views, new appliances... everything you would expect from one of the finest luxury properties in downtown Denver. I take advantage of the state of the art gym and then cool down with a dip in the infinity pool overlooking the City of Denver skyline. Soak your muscles in the hot tub and then go grab a steak to grill pool side. Ahh, this is City living.

Some other highlights include gourmet kitchens, Cherry, Maple or Oak hardwood floors, high end baths with soaking tubs, front desk staff, storage, a guest suite, a 60" flat screen in the owners club and so much more. There was no expense spared when the team at Swinerton built this magnificent structure.

Located on the intersection of Lincoln, 20th and Broadway you're walking distance to the Denver Museum of Art, The 16th St Pedestrian Mall, The Denver Center for the Performing Arts, LoDo, Coor's Field and everything else that our wonderful downtown area has to offer. It's a 2 minute journey to I-25 or I-70 which makes OLP one of the most convenient places to live downtown.

There are many different floor plans to choose from and the prices range from $300k to nearly $2M. When you are spending this much money on your home you want personal representation. It can be tricky dealing with new building contracts and if you don't truly understand Colorado Real Estate Law you can be placing yourself in a position to lose a lot of money.

I understand the buying process at OLP and will help you get the best possible deal on the unit you want. I offer this service free to you. My name is Neil Walton and I am a preferred agent with the building. Please navigate to onelincolnparkindenver.com to get some more information on my favorite new build in Denver.

OLP has sold around 60% of the building as of the writing of this article. If you want to get in at a great time I would encourage you to contact me sooner than later.
