How to Make Spaghetti Out of Yarn
- 1). Cut out enough 24-inch pieces of yellow yarn to fill three-quarters of a medium-sized plastic or paper bowl. Cut out 12-inch pieces of red yarn to fill the remainder of the bowl. Set the yarn aside and make sure the bowl is clean inside.
- 2). Squeeze a tablespoon of fabric glue inside the plastic bowl. Spread it around the bottom and inside walls of the bowl using a paintbrush until you achieve a thin, even layer of adhesive.
- 3). Place the yellow yarn into the bowl piece by piece, making sure that at least one end of each string is touching the glue. It's important to do this quickly before the glue dries. Top it off with red yarn, to mimic tomato sauce. Each piece of red yarn should also be touching the glue.
- 4). Brush some fabric glue onto a ping-pong ball. Then wrap the sticky ball with brown yarn until it's covered all over. These brown yarn balls will mimic meatballs, so place them on top of your pile of spaghetti.
