Many of the hair loss problems that happen to people are a result of not getting the right vitamins into their diet.

You've heard the old saying, "you are what you eat" right? Well this couldn't be more true when it comes to the growth of your hair. Your hair absolutely must be fed the right nutrients in order to grow.

Let's consider a few of them. First vitamin on the list for treating hair loss is going to be the various B-vitamins. They are B3, B5 and B12. These are the top dogs when it comes to getting your hair to grow back.

These are found in foods like wheatgerm, brewer's yeast, fish, meats and even potatoes. What they do is give hair color and stimulate blood circulation within the follicles. Without blood circulation, healthy circulation, you cannot expect your hair to grow back the way it should.

Vitamin C has just recently been found to have a linking to fighting hair loss. What vitamin C does is strengthen your blood vessels in the scalp. The stronger they are the more blood can reach your roots.

Just about all fruits contain a good supply of vitamin C. Be sure you're getting an ample supply of it.

Last but not least vitamin E is quite the vitamin for getting rid of hair loss. It too stimulates blood circulation but it does even more. It prevents the graying of your hair as well as further loss of it.

Leafy vegetables, seeds, dried beans, and nuts are the best places to look for this particular vitamin.
