Many of us have signed up to sell Avon, Tupperware, or vitamins but end up quitting after a few short months.

You have to have the determination and motivation to succeed at any home business.
Regardless of what you read online, it takes time to get any business going and for the money to start flowing in.
Without the determination and motivation when things look bleak, you won't survive.
Change your mind set! Don't talk to others about starting a business, talk to others like you have a multi-million dollar business and you want them to be a part of it.
Talk with energy! Prospects will feel your energy and will want to be a part of it if you are energetic about what you do.
This is part of changing your mind set.
Feel it and then do it! Focus on helping others to succeed - Once you have changed your mind set and have new team members on board then you need to help them to succeed.
If your success depends on their success then ignoring them after they sign up is just asking them to quit in a short time.
Teach them everything you know and do.
Teach them how to change their mind set and to work with determination and motivation.
Stay in constant contact with them to let them know you are here for them.
Make commitment to grow - All businesses including home businesses take time to get established.
Allow yourself the time it will take.
A reasonable goal is one year.
During that year you have to be willing to work hard at it.
If your work is done mostly on the computer then you need to make sure that is what you are doing and not following everyone on Facebook or Twitter.
A home business is rewarding and fun.
Work hard at it and you can be successful and your home business won't become another failure.
