all you're doing is typing the number into some online software.
To get access to the online software I refer to above, you need to perform a Google search for cell phone number search websites.
There are plenty of these websites out there, so you shouldn't have any difficulty in finding one.
Once you've found one you'll need to register, pay the small fee etc.
After that's done, you're ready to trace any cell number.
When you trace a cellular number, you're instantly provided with the details you need.
Most of the time you're given the full name and address of the phone owner.
To be honest it all depends on the service that you're using.
At the bare minimum you'll receive the full name and address.
But with some more advanced services you'll receive additional information on the phone owner.
