Why to Avoid Pouting Cream to You Coffee

One of thecommonly made mistake is adding cream to your coffee, when it is advisable to use low-fat milk.
Why is that so bad? First of all, the amount of calories in cream is three times as big as in regular milk, and it included six times the fat as milk.
Let's explain it in this way: you drink two mugs of coffee with cream a day, that means that you necessarily add up to about 21,000 calories per year, and this is equal to 6 pounds! Secondly, milk turns out to be a better choice for your health because it is the source of vitamins A, B and D.
It is also full of magnesium, potassium, calcium and phosphorous, that are not to be found in cream so richly.
Thirdly, also many of non-dairy creamers consist of unhealthy ingredients, and hydrogenated vegetable oil, which is a Tran's fat contributing to heart disease, is one of the worst.
To make it easier, try to replace cream with milk gradually: first use a half teaspoon of cream and another half filled with milk; after some time you will manage to replace cream completely without even noticing the big flavor difference.
Cream is, however, not the only, and not the worst addition people like to add to coffee: sweets make much more harm to your overall health.
Of course, the problem doesn't lie in one occasional candy, as it is highly unlikely to damage your scale as long as you control your calorie intake, but the problem begins when you are addicted to sweets.
People, women in particular, like justifying their sweet tooth with the need of mood enhancement.
Truly, candies help in the mood improvement, but we cannot reach for them every time we feel just a little down.
Yet, if you really have to have a bite of something sweet, choose dark chocolate as it has at least some good for your health antioxidants.
