YUU ASAKURA: So we know how to say yes and no. But there are some other ways to answer questions. Okay. You want to answer to somebody's question with "of course." Okay. Here's the word: mochiron. So I'm going to ask you if you are Japanese. And pretend that you are Japanese. Answer me with mochiron. Are you ready? Anata wa Nihon-jin desu ka? Good. It has to come with the attitude. And this one is "I don't know." Okay. It goes wakarimasen. So if you're not sure yes or no or if you don't understand the question itself, you can just use this: wakarimasen. Okay. So I'm going to ask you a question and answer me with wakarimasen. Anata wa American-no dokura itani desu ka? Good. You can use it as if you don't know the answer or you don't know what the question means.
