    • 1). Measure the depth, width, and length of the internal bed of the trailer with a measuring tape. Write the measurements down on a notepad.

    • 2). Use two layers of plywood large enough to cover the dimensions written on your notepad. Use a saw or table saw to cut the pieces down to size to fit correctly.

    • 3). Lay the sized plywood pieces onto the trailer bed frame. Use a Sharpie pen to mark the wood where the trailer frame crosses underneath the wood. Set up a power drill with a 1/4-inch drill bit and drill through the wood and frame rod underneath.

    • 4). Insert bolts through the wood and frame and secure the other end with a nut. Tighten the bolt with a socket wrench and crescent wrench. Perform the same process for all four corners of the plywood in the trailer and at least two points in the middle of the floor. Tighten all the bolts.
