Have you heard of Candida albicans? There is a very large possibility it is the reason you are always asking "why do I have food allergies".
This normally neutral yeast in the body becomes hostile in some people for various reasons as I'll explain.
When this happens it can cause a wide amount of symptoms, food allergies are just one of many problems.
Oh and did I mention it exists in approximately 90% of the population.
Of course there is a reason not all 90% are experiencing symptoms such as food allergies.
So what is Candida and how come it's affecting me? Essentially Candida is a fungus that has two forms in the human body, its passive form and its aggressive mycelial form.
The aggressive form basically has tentacle like structures that it can use to grab a hold of things and create holes in your body believe it or not.
This is generally how people begin to develop food allergies.
You see when these holes are created in your digestive lining they allow for food particles that are not fully digested to pass through the lining and directly into the blood stream.
Your immune system then sees these undigested food particles in the blood stream as toxins that must be attacked.
If you are then to eat this food again your body will immediately attack it as though it were a toxin, essentially this is a allergic reaction.
Another name for this condition is leaky gut syndrome.
MDs rarely know much of anything regarding this but NDs and other natural doctors are all familiar and trained regarding this.
It is a commonly known cause of not just food allergies but poor health in general.
If 90% of people have Candida how come they don't all have symptoms? This is exactly the right question to be asking you see.
Since most people have Candida there is more to it than just simply having Candida.
A weakened immune system is always a factor, as well as the destruction of beneficial bacteria such as acidophilus that exists naturally in the body.
Essentially the trigger that causes the yeast to become aggressive must be identified and resolved so that your Candida problems can go away for good.
