Every year, artists and labels team up for Record Store Day, releasing special vinyl singles, EPs and albums to support independent record stores. This year it's on April 19.

There are hundreds of releases in all genres, including hard rock and heavy metal.  Some of the artists with releases this year include Mastodon, Gojira, Five Finger Death Punch, Motorhead and more.
