How to Gain Muscle Fast With Proper Nutrition
I see many bodybuilders in the gym sweating it out and giving everything they got (from my perspective) on every exercise they make everyday.
However, majority of these bodybuilders seem not to achieve their goals - gain lean muscle.
They are doing every exercise flawlessly with correct repetitions and with correct bodybuilding program but what could be the reason for them to fail? How can I gain muscle fast? The answer to this question lies on proper nutrition.
From my own experience, gaining muscles won't be possible with weight training alone.
Bodybuilding is a system and for a system to work it should have individual components working together seamlessly.
In order for you to gain muscles, you must see to it that you engage your body in ample amount of stress via weight training, your body also needs enough time to heal (recuperation) via rest and the most important factor (in my opinion) is the "fuel" that drives your body to grow - proper diet and nutrition.
Most of the guys I mentioned below train like maniacs in the gym but eat like ants (a little exaggeration, but I guess you're getting my point).
In other words, they don't eat the right kind of food group namely - carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals.
These are essential food supplements you should give your body for it to grow and recover from those strenuous activities you're doing.
There are several branches we can discuss on this matter for example, the right kind of carbohydrates (e.
g.
complex carbs, simple carbs and amount), the right kind of protein (source, amount, and source) so as fats, vitamins, minerals and other supplements.
The list goes on and on if you want to.
But here's the key, on every meal make sure that you get 55% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 15% fat.
This food ratio is not written on stone but at the very least you'll have a barometer on where to start.
Make sure that you eat good carbs such as rice, banana, wheat bread and not simple sugars coming from candies and chocolates.
Protein sources come from eggs, lean beef, chicken, tuna, salmon and milk.
Fats may come from other food groups like fish oil, nuts, olive oil, flax seeds etc.
Avoid hydrogenated and trans fats from commercial fries and hamburgers.
Don't forget to eat green vegetables that may come from salads, tomatoes, cabbage etc.
You can take vitamin supplements to supply your body with daily dose of minerals if you happen to miss out veggies.
Those are some basic and important food group you mustn't forget in your diet.
Remember, proper diet and nutrition holds the key for you to gain lean muscles quickly.
You know the saying "you are what you eat".
Now, you can attest to that.
