Building Your Ultimate Six Pack
I have always been a very well built person since my younger days and people have always commented on my body.
When I got to College I came to realize that most guys had solid six packs that got them the girls.
The countless hours of ab training was useless.
I soon started losing my self-confidence of always going without a top.
I realized something had to be done about this and that is why I started reading as much as I could about how to build a perfect six pack.
After hours and hours of reading and trying out new techniques, I eventually found the key to my success.
A solid six pack is what I believe to be the difference between a real cool guy and a wannabe.
You could have the thickest arms but if your stomach is lacking an ultimate six pack then your sex appeal falls drastically.
Knowing that you have will have a ripped six pack is a huge incentive to work them religiously and this is what motivates me even when I'm feeling lazy.
My secret to my abs is simple.
I work them 3 times a week before my gym session, otherwise you might be too lazy after your heavy workout, for approximately 15 minutes.
The routines vary but consist of crunches with a weighted ball in between your feet, side crunches, planks and other different abdominal exercises that the typical person does not do.
Diet has a major role when it comes to building abs of steel.
A lot of people have a gleaming six pack from all the crunches but it is covered by body fat that accumulates in the tummy area.
A program of cardio and sensible eating will benefit your abs greatly.
