Some of the symptoms of hemorrhoids can be relieve by simple self-care interventions such as cleaning the perineal area with water and moist tissue after using the bathroom and increasing fluids and fiber in the diet to prevent constipation.
Hemorrhoids are just simple conditions that can be prevented with the right diet, hygiene, and knowledge.
