1947 Kaiser Car Information
- The 1947 Kaiser featured an in-line six-cylinder, L-Head 226.2-cubic-inch Kaiser Continental engine. The motor's bore and stroke was 3.31 inches by 4.37 inches. It produced 100 horsepower with 180 pound-feet of torque. The transmission used a manual, three-speed gear box. The car had self-centering Bendix Duo drum-brakes.
- The 1947 Kaiser had ample, low-slung seats fully upholstered in durable broadcloth. Matching cloth trim ran along the tops of the doors and covered the door handles that doubled as armrests. The car featured a leather-trimmed dashboard with a built-in clock, ashtrays and robe holder.
