How to Get Hurricane Oil Out of a Microsuede Couch
- 1). Sprinkle a layer of cornstarch over the hurricane lamp oil stain on your microsuede couch. Let the cornstarch remain on the upholstery for 20 minutes to absorb the oil.

Vacuum the cornstarch off the microsuede. Repeat all of these steps to remove as much hurricane oil as possible. - 3). Dampen a sponge with dry cleaning solvent. Dab at the remaining hurricane oil stain on the microsuede upholstery.
- 4). Lay a clean cloth over the microsuede. Press down with your hands to absorb as much moisture as possible. Allow the microsuede couch upholstery to air-dry.
