  Los Angeles World International Airport, or LAX, is located approximately 16 miles southwest of downtown LA and is a major hub for airlines such as United Airlines and Alaska Airlines. As the world's sixth busiest airport, LAX serves over 59.8 million passengers annually and offers over 8,000 parking spaces. However, many area hotels feature parking packages, which allow guests to avoid last-minute rushes to the airport by staying at the hotel the day before traveling and securing their vehicles for pre-determined periods of time.

• The Hilton Hotel is located adjacent to the Los Angeles World Airport and offers courtesy shuttles to and from the airport every 15 minutes. The hotel features packages that allow patrons to park their car at the hotel while they are traveling. As of 2010, the package included one night's accommodation and seven nights of hotel parking for a cost of $125. The hotel features comfortable amenities and services that include private undercover parking areas, 24-hour front desk assistance and concierge services and an on-site business center. The hotel operates three restaurants called the Café, the Bistro and Andiamo that serves a large selection of Italian and American fare cuisines. For guests that have time to explore the local area the hotel is nearby visitor attractions that include Manhattan Beach, Hollywood Park and the Disneyland Theme Park.
  
  

The Radisson Hotel at Los Angeles Airport

• The Radisson Hotel is within walking distance to LAX and features comfortable amenities and services that include secure parking areas, courtesy airport shuttles and high-speed wireless Internet access. As of 2010 the hotel offered parking packages that include one nights accommodation and seven or 14 days of car parking. Before traveling, guests are encouraged to relax by using the hotel's outdoor heated swimming pool, 24-hour room service and automated business services. The hotel's restaurant is called the Palmira Bar and Grill whose menu showcases a large selection of steaks and seafood. The Concorde Lounge is also open daily and serves an array of domestic and imported beers and wines, as well as cocktails and other specialty drinks.
  
  

Embassy Suites Los Angeles-International Airport/North

• The Embassy Suites is only minutes away from the LAX Airport and offers guests a complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle service. Guests can enjoy the hotel's comfortable services that include a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, a fitness center and an indoor heated swimming pool. As of 2010 the Embassy Suites offered parking packages to their guests that are short or long term based. The Park'n Fly Package allows guests to stay at the hotel for one night before travel and secure their car for a period of seven or 14 days. The hotel's Cars Stay Free Package allows visitors to book a night's accommodation and allow their car to remain in a secure parking area on the hotel's premises for a period of 24 hours. The hotel's on-site restaurant is called the AeroBistro and serves American cuisine. The restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers guests in-room dining or A la Carte service options.
