The optimal functioning of your body (hormones and cellular activities) is much affected by the quality of food that you eat daily.
Hence, you should learn the importance of getting the appropriate nutrition from your foods and avoid consuming the items that you should not have.
Living food (fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds) are nutritionally superior to packaged processed foods.

Try not to eat 3 hours before your bedtime.
This will allow you to sleep better and not to retain unnecessary calories.
