If you are looking to build muscle quick, you will probably time and time again hear the tern "burn fat build muscle" but what does it mean anyway.
The concept is simple really, Your muscles will burn through fat like it is nothing, but when your muscle mass is low, it cannot burn through the fat.
By increasing your muscle mass, you are therefore increasing your metabolism and you will start burning off the excess fat at an accelerated rate.
For starters it is important that when it comes to burning fat and building muscle mass, that you need to do lots and lots of cardio exercises.
Without cardiovascular exercising you will never be able to build up your muscle mass.
Exercises like running, skipping and even jump roping are cardio exercises and they burn through fat like crazy.
Vary the weights that you are lifting.
What this means is that you do not want to lift the same exact amounts of weight every time.
By changing up these amounts on a regular basis, the body has to compensate rather then just making it repetitious.
This compensation means more fat is burned and more muscle is created.
Let's not forget the importance of circuit training.
This can be both fun as well as an excellent way of burning through the fat.
This circuit training will be very tiring to do but it works.
Burning fat is not an easy task and when you see all these fake systems out there that tell you that you can literally melt off the weight while you sit in front of the television eating potpies are just a big lie.
Finally, to build muscle quick and burn fat, you have to eat right.
You need to have your exercise time near mealtime.
For the meal make it a light one filled with complex carbohydrates and then after the workout is completed drink down a protein shake to supply your body with the materials it needs to repair your muscles and build them even stronger.
Without the proper nutrition no matter how much you exercise nothing will change.
The only way for you to burn through that fat and build muscle at the same time is by making sure your body has what it needs.
When it is all said and done all of the hard work you have put forth will really pay off and when it does you will be glad.
