Well hunting season is upon us, and that means deer hunting is fast approaching. This means it's time to get out of the house and start scouting for that big buck! That's if you didn't start already, which I already have. So if your like me, going back to your previous hunting grounds is a must. You should always go back where you had success before in the past and start looking for the sign's that the deer are still there. Get out and start walking the trails again looking for sign's like scrapes, rub's and dropping's. Who know's, you might even see that one that got away last year.
As alway's, your hunting gear should be ready before the season starts. Start going through your gear so that it's all ready to withstand the new season. Sight in your rifle before the season start's, not during. You don't want the shot of a lifetime to be ruined by your gun not shooting bang on! You always have to make sure your outdoor gear is ready for the new season.
I always make sure my hunting supplies are ready like my rangefinder, binoculars, rifle scope, knives,GPS has fresh batteries, hunting clothes and their all packed in my hunting bag. I always buy my hunting gear from a store that specializes in outdoor supplies. This is a must. I won't go and buy something from a supermarket that i should be buying from a outdoor store. Just doesn't make sense, does it! I know I'm ready and excited about the new season approaching fast, and I'll be ready for it.
