21-year-old Walsh Ian Nichols frequented Tampa nightclubs in a Batman mask, even after police warned him not to do so. This Dark Knight now faces charges.

Nichols was released a few hours after his arrest on $500 bail. Police kept the mask as evidence, But Nichols told the St. Petersburg Times that he has a spare.
