A 'Plus' icon will come; you need to tab on it in order to bring up the list of widgets available.

Disabling the Screen Lock Widgets

Don't think that if you have incorporated these widgets in your phone once then you have to keep them even if you are not using these. If you are not finding any as such advantages from these widgets, then you can disable them entirely. This has to be done through Goggle device administration policies as there's no option included in the Settings screen. You need to install the Lock screen Policy and toggle the policy to disable the lock-screen widgets.
