How to Write a Poem About Nature

The most important thing to do if you want to write a poem about nature is by going on nature hikes, reading books or online articles about nature, and hence becoming one with nature.
It may sound like made-up, pagan, voodoo nonsense to some, but I've tried it myself and it works.
If you were wondering if one would be able to see tree-spirits after becoming one with nature; sometimes a person can but the only way to do that is by not trying to see the spirits, but by trying to feel them.
That should give a person enough experience to write several poems about nature.
To some people this would sound like something that a shaman would do.
If one seeks to be spiritual in all aspects of life, that could easily lead to one becoming a shaman if their interests went that far.
No, sorry, I can't teach you how to be a shaman.
That's something you would have to learn on your own.
Anyways, being one with nature is the best way to get inspired to write a poem about nature.
Another way is to try to better understand nature.
To do this you will need to read books, eBooks, and online articles that are about the scientific facts and spiritual and cultural beliefs about nature.
Understanding nature in all its forms is a beauty taken for granted these days and it has been taken for granted for centuries.
If one can't appreciate nature, one can't write a poem about nature.
Having a personal relationship with nature can be an exhilarating and life-changing experience.
Christians might tell you that you should only have a personal relationship with Jesus and, therefore, haven't walked the path that I've walked.
Having a personal relationship to nature can be (and often is) just as beautiful as having a personal relationship with Jesus.
In fact, it has always been my personal belief that Jesus can teach people more about nature.
So, if you're a Christian, ask God to teach you more about nature.
After all, he is the one who created it.
Just simply say the most meaningful prayer that comes to your heart asking for the Lord to teach you about nature.
The same thing can be done by Jews and Muslims (if they choose).
If you are not of any of the Abrahamic faiths, chances are you probably have already developed a personal relationship with nature.
