Well I have found that when I take the time to do them right with my legs kept at a 90 degree angle then the movement from the motion comes from my abs not from my back.
So yes they still work and I make a point to do them on a daily basis.
The Bicycle We all have ridden a bicycle when we were young; well the great thing is that even if you do not own a bicycle you can still do this exercise; and it is great for working your abdominal muscles.
You lie on your back and kick your legs in the air; then you just perform the motions of riding a bike.
It is that easy and can be fun.
If done on a regular basis you will begin to notice that your tummy will become more flattened.
Walking I am a huge fan of walking as a matter of fact I walk for one hour every morning.
Since I started walking I have noticed that I have dropped several pounds but have also noticed that the muscles in all parts of my body have become more firm.
So stop making excuses and begin putting one foot in front of the other.
