Conquering Bacterial Vaginosis by Coping With Stress

Life equals stress.
How do you avoid stress in your daily life? You can't and you shouldn't expect to.
Stress isn't necessarily something bad.
What is bad is how we have learned (or not learned) to handle it.
Stress in its many forms hit us throughout the day.
Some days more than others.
But other than learning to say no to certain things, you can learn to deal with and manage stress in your daily life.
For example, if you have a blow-out on your way to work, let the event pass from your mind - don't keep reliving it.
Going through it was bad enough but rehashing it can add more heat to the fire.
Learn to let things be part of the past - move on.
Try to delegate more so that you have less to be responsible for.
Sometimes we tend to take on more than we need to, thinking that we are the only one for the job.
It's time to let that one die.
You aren't the only one for the job.
As a matter of fact, if you're a mom or a dad, that is one job you just can't pass on, so learn to pass on other jobs and responsibilities to do the important ones.
You'll never regret choosing your family over 60+hours at work.
Add relaxing fun to help decompress with.
Walking, hiking, swimming help to "burn" the excess stress out of your life.
Take up yoga, tai chi, meditation or some form of relaxation.
Even soaking in a hot tub with a dash of lavender oil can go a long way to de-stressing you life.
Learn to say no to all the many voices begging for your time.
Learn to go to bed at an early bedtime.
Sooner or later, your body will begin to feel the positive effects of relaxation.
Your immune system will thank you by fighting off infections of all kinds including your bacterial vaginosis.
Not only that, but life will seem more peaceful and enjoyable as you learn to look at things for what they are.
You know what else will benefit from this de-stressed lifestyle? You will find that your sex life will flourish.
Painful intercourse will become a distant memory and your bacterial vaginosis long gone.
So, what do you say? Isn't it time to say goodbye to all those unnecessary elements in your life so that you can say hello to a happy less stress filled life? While you're at it, remember to get a good night's sleep.
Seven to 8 hours a night is really all you need but those need to be good solid hours of sleep.
If you are not getting solid sleep, try to find out why.
When you can't sleep get up; read or do light work until you're tired again.
Your health is worth taking the time to make positive changes in your life.
And bacterial vaginosis will be a thing of the past.
