Light Dreams Or Shadows - Can You Remember Your Dreams?

What is a Dream? The jury is still out on why we dream but essentially it is a subconscious melding of mind, body and soul.
A natural occurring process that transforms reality as we know it in the physical world into one that knows no boundaries.
Scientists believe we dream 4-6 times a night but how many times do you awake with no recollection of your dream? Dreams can consist of situations that are relative to your daily routines, or unreasonable and unthinkable scenarios.
It does not matter whether your dreams are of light or dark shadows; all reside as momentary flashes into your subconscious and are incomprehensible in their meaning or message.
But, what if you could not only remember your dreams, but actually develop your senses to control your dreams to a level of vividness and clarity.
Lucidity is a term used to define clarity of thought, peace and understanding.
Lucidity while experiencing dream events is one of the secrets practiced by high priests and priestesses of ancient times.
Science provides a way to induce lucid dreaming by adjusting your brain through the introduction of various frequency levels known as binaural beats.
Aligning to one of these frequencies will assist your brain to enter various stages of sleep while providing a level of clarity to not only vividly remember the dream, but to actually control and experience it as an alternate reality.
There are four frequency levels the brain goes through during the normal cycles.
Beta is the common brain frequency during active waking hours.
Alpha is the frequency when the system begins to calm down and relax.
Theta is consistent during dream state.
Delta is deep sleep.
The Beta Frequency is the state your brain exists in during normal daily routines.
It is the time you are awake, active and processing thoughts and actions.
The Alpha state is the point at which your brain begins to revert to a level of calm and peacefulness.
The Theta frequency begins when the brain enters its dream state and normal dream cycles.
This level of brain activity is known as REM sleep and is considered a deep sustainable plane of consciousness.
Delta sleep is a deep profound level of restful slumber.
This is the level that many people try to attain to activate this point of lucidity within the mind.
Some people will even practice meditation techniques to train the mind and body to enter various stages, that along with an accompanying binaural beat, can offer the same sensations and peaceful awareness.
Audio tapes or digital versions of these recordings are now available for those who are looking for something more than a light dream and want to experience a plane of lucidity and peace while they rest.
