6 Stage Process on How NOT to Meditate

We all know meditation techniques have many health benefits to them, meditating can be a simple and easy process to follow but if your looking for more discomfort in your life you need to learn how not to meditate.
Lets be honest, why would you want to do something that will make your life easier! Follow this simple six stage process if you want to learn how not to meditate.
1.
Don't clear your diary - providing you have a diary or schedule that is.
Make sure you keep yourself busy.
When I say busy that could be anything, being busy involves watching t.
v and general lazing in around in your sweats.
2.
If you must meditate then get yourself in the right state.
Watch an action epic whilst drinking large amounts of caffeine drinks to make sure your pumped right up and in the zone.

Ready to do this thing - not yet you need to find the busiest noisiest spot possible, a nice patch of green (well you want to be comfortable at least) next to a construction site on a busy stretch of road should do nicely 4.
Try not to get comfortable - real meditation needs a good posture to facilitate smooth breathing but not for you it's to overated! Try tensing up your body.
5.
Let your mind race, no point in letting that energy settle down, try worrying about whats coming in the future or things that have happened in the past.
6.
Don't just sit there! This puts all other meditation techniques in the shade...
Get moving; wiggle and twitch your way to spiritual enlightenment! That's it! You're a new person, can you feel the difference? Now you know how not to meditate then you need to decide if it's right for you...
