When I was researching information on how to write an eBook I was stunned by a story 7 Day eBook co-author Joe Vitale told about one of his books that became an overnight bestseller at Amazon...the publisher decided to let the go out of print! Very strange as he had got national radio, print and TV coverage for that book. His book was even featured on an A&E Biography program! Yet the publisher dropped the book for no apparent reason.
I thought maybe his story was a fluke. But I've come to find out that it's pretty commonplace, actually. Bestselling author David Copeland tells similar stories in his article and video on how to publish a book where he also talks about where to learn how to write an ebook.
