Trail and SR5 models get 17" alloy wheels, while the Limited comes with 20" alloys. I found that the smaller wheels gave a cushier ride on pavement, while the larger wheels felt more precise. If I never planned to off-road at all, I'd choose the big wheels -- but the smaller wheels would be better for even light off-roading, as there is more sidewall to flex and absorb rough terrain.
