My eyes look at horizons and not blink,
Heart skip a bit, refuse to obey and sink,
Face turns pale from fresh colour pink,
Endless struggle in mind with useless think,

I see the earth body torn apart by season hot,
Water boiling to a level even in clay pot,
We have similar situation with troubles in lot
Still indication or message received not,
Run I out from place just to see spot,

Thought for a while as you may heavily rain,
Concern or worry will go and not remain,
Always get panicky with news of slain,
Things slip away from hand and go in drain,

Dryness on face with deep and visible cracks,
Earth turn dry with deep and wide patches black,
Green trees on sides but no trace of tracks,
Throat allows not voice but only soaks,

Rain and my dear went away for good,
Both with best wishes to bring more food,
Face reflected concern with no happy mood,
Both were in dilemma to come out of wood,

Rain did not turn up but last in this season,
No whereabouts, no news with any reason,
Was it a lame excuse to stay away with obsession?
Was he staying away with any for some concession?

Rain came at last but with little of water,
No relief, no joy and I remained as heater,
Sadness, loneliness desolation more I suffer,
Even with his arrival situation still tougher,

My dear one is back but with hope bleak,
All days of isolation not able to speak,
Spirit still not broken but body remains weak,
Both tried for betterment but could not reach peak,

The position remains same and not slightly changed
Blessed with less and things not orderly arranged,
Earth may show visible cracks and still will bear,
I may not have that courage, words more to hear
