How to Clean Congoleum Flooring
- 1). Clean the floors 1 to 2 times per week with a vacuum cleaner to collect pieces of debris.
- 2). Damp mop the floors at least once per week to remove sticky residue and light soil. Moisten the mop with warm tap water, wring out and wipe over the floors.
- 3). Pour 1 gallon warm water and 1 cup white vinegar into a cleaning bucket.
- 4). Dip a mop into the cleaning solution, and wring out the mop. Wipe the damp mop over the Congoleum flooring to clean and disinfect the flooring without leaving behind residue or film.
