Writing songs, taking photos, engaging into sports could be some of the things you can consider as a frustration and stress release.
With so many activities you can be involved in, depression wouldn't have a chance to reign in your mind again.
* Spill the ugly truth It could be addicting for some but the truth is: being depressed will lead you nowhere.
No matter how creative you can get when you're depressed, in the long run it's not healthy for your mind and body.
