JIH conducts different programs and activities for the purpose on burning issues related to the
society.
Narcotics, drugs abuse and alcoholism are the biggest threat to our young generation and have become
a menace. To awaken the masses and protect the youngsters from its destructive effect a fortnight long

Dec'14 has been Jointly organised by Jama'at-e-
Islami Hind, and Falahe Aam Trust ( Regd) Cheeta Camp Unit.
Activities in this fortnightly campaign are as follows:
LECTURES IN SCHOOLS:
26 th Nov to 06 Dec.. 13 Different Schools of Trombay/ Paily Pada and Cheeta Camp area..
Target: 2000 students,
900 Students are already addressed in class room lectures.. a pledge from them for not indulging
in drug abuse were also taken
Inter School
DRAWING, SLOGAN WRITING AND
NUKKAD NATAK COMPETETIONS..
on 30th Nov 2014..Sunday.. at 9 am to 1-00 pm..
at BMC School Hall Near Trombay Police Station.
Around 200 students participated. In Nukkad Natak 9 groups performed. Judges were stdents from Tata
Instt of Soc Siences. They have given a demo on Nukkad Natak.. students enjoyed like any thing.

CHEETA CAMP MARATHON..
7-00 am to 9-00 am
from Trombay BEST Depot to Anushakti Nagar and Back..
in Junior and Senior Groups..
PRIZE DISTRIBUTION for MARATHON Winners..
at BMC School Hall, Near Trombay Police Station, 9-30 am..
All these activities are being organized by our highly motivated, professionally educated
loving youth and student volunteers. Many of them have shown exemplary dedication for the cause
and we are thankful to The God Almighty for their attachment with the cause.
Such campaign needs a huge fund but due to our volunteer's untiring manpower and
professional contribution, there is a small budget Amounting Rs 2,47,500/-compare to the extensive
activities we are conducting for the campaign.
Marathon is a big thriller in the area. Students and youth are preparing for around a month.
Enthusiasm is so high that after a period organisers are forced to stop entry as it crosses one
thousand mark earlier then last date. It has immensely helped us to spread the awareness against
Drugs Abuse.
