How to Get Rid of Mildew on Begnionas Naturally
- 1). Increase ventilation and air circulation around the begonia plants. This disperses stagnant, humid air, which is a common factor in mildew growth on plants. If growing the begonias indoors, open a nearby window or aim a room fan at the plants. If growing the begonias outdoors, move nearby garden furniture or trim nearby shrubs to allow more air flow near the plants.
- 2). Make a homemade natural mildew-killing solution. Empty 1 cup of white vinegar and 2-1/2 cups water into a plastic spray bottle. Shake the bottle to mix the solution, and spritz on your plants. The acidic nature of the vinegar will kill mildew growth and spores.
