How to Remove Stains With Dish Soap and Peroxide
- 1). Soak up as much of the staining substance as you can, assuming it is still wet, with several paper towels.
- 2). Mix 1 cup of 3-percent hydrogen peroxide with 3 drops of dish soap in a small bowl.
- 3). Pour the homemade stain remover directly over the stain. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes.
- 4). Blot up the rest of the stain with fresh paper towels.
- 5). Rinse the area by pouring a small amount of cold water over it. Blot the area again with fresh paper towels to soak up as much liquid as possible.
