If you do heavy exercise, you can increase that burn by two or three hundred calories.
For equivalent activity, a man burns 2,500 calories.
That is why men get hungrier, eat more, and buff up faster in the gym.
You can burn up to 2,000 calories a day if you supplement that workout with running, swimming or something else strenuous, but if you eat what you want, you may still be eating more calories than you burn.
Counting calories is not a wise idea, if what you need is a lifestyle change.
But, if you're doing everything else right, it won't hurt to raise your self awareness a little.

Try wearing them for just a part of your workout, like the aerobics.
I don't advise wearing them for more than an hour at a time.
They create an awful lot of perspiration and wearing them once your body gets sweaty will give you a rash.
Also, you need to drink more water if you add this to your book of tips, because they definitely make you lose it, along with that stubborn fat in adipose cells that cause dimpling.
Flat Stomach Tips 3 While you're working on those exercises and calories, don't forget good posture.
This can take inches off you appearance, by just practicing a few good habits.
Stand with your feet a little apart, then rotate your pelvis in slightly.
Bend and relax your knees ever so slightly.
This should be comfortable.
If not, you are doing it wrong.
Now imagine there is a string on the top of your head, pulling up, up, up.
Your shoulders will go back, then come forward slightly.
If you look in the mirror, your tummy should be flatter.
