Using Your Rival Electric Roaster

• 1). Wash the removable roasting pan, the removable roasting rack and the lid.
  
  
• 2). Clean the outside of the roaster oven body by wiping it down with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Do not submerge the roaster oven body in water. Dry the roaster oven body.
  
  
• 3). Put the removable roasting pan inside the roaster oven body.
  
  
• 4). Check to make sure the Rival roaster's temperature control is in the "Off" position.
  
  
• 5). Plug in your roaster.
  
  
• 6). Turn your roaster to the appropriate temperature for what you are cooking. Preheat for 15 to 20 minutes.
  
  
• 7). If you are cooking something that requires the roasting rack, place the roasting rack into the removable roasting pan.
  
  
• 8). Place your food onto the roasting rack. If the recipe does not require the roasting rack, place your food into the removable roasting pan.
  
  
• 9). Follow the instructions for your recipe.

  When finished, turn the temperature control to the "Off" position and unplug the roaster oven from the outlet.

  Remove the lid from the roaster oven. Watch out for steam.

  Using oven mitts, remove the roasting rack or/and the roasting pan to serve your food.
