You can imagine yourself going downstairs with every step you take, you're making yourself more relaxed. You should imagine yourself taking the steps slowly towards the door below. This technique is the most commonly used in performing self-hypnosis.
Now open the door in your imagination to your most-liked place of relaxation. It can be a garden full of flowers with birds happily chirping, or a bed with soft and comforting mattress; it can also be a beach where you can hear the tranquil sound of soft winds, or the splashing of the waves in the ocean. You can also have relaxation while imagining how your feet submerged in the water while walking on the fine sand along the beach.
In this moment, you can use your different senses and you'll find great views and thoughts around. Those things can make you even more relaxed. Enjoy your chosen place of relaxation, explore more about it and make it as real as you can.
This can help you realized that what the mind conceives, the body perceives. Just imagine if you have put into your mind that you are having a total wellness, it's really possible to have a healthy and illness-free body. If you can be more of optimistic thoughts, you can gain more positive results. The more you think of success, the greater the possibilities of having more success.
