2 Steps and Great Abs - Its Not All Ab Exercises!

We all know getting a set of six pack abs when you've got all the body fat in the world covering your chances, can be a real pain to get rid of, but thats only the beginning.
It definitely requires more than you just saying you'll lose the fat, but the most important step is to get off your behind and take action.
The following 2 steps guide is created, so if you follow it religiously for 3 months, you will produce results.
Step 1.
Nutrition Firstly break up your daily meals into 5-6 mini meals as this will jump start your metabolism, and stay away from all the following types of foods: - White Bread - Pasta - Soda - Candy - Fast Food - Hydrogenated Oils - Sugars - And Fructose Corn Syrup Replace those foods with those that will help you reach your goal: - Oatmeal - Olive Oil - Whole Grain Breads - Fruits - Vegetables - Nuts - Eggs - Natural Peanut Butter - Chicken - Fish - Protein & Water Be realistic as you'll slip here & there, but make a conscious effort to radically improve your eating habbits because getting a six pack will be absolutely impossible if you don't.
Step 2.
Exercise There are 3 different exercises that you should adhere to at least 3-4 times per week, and they are: - Cardio - Weightlifting - And Ab Exercises Cardio should be anything you can achieve easily 30-45 minutes per day, twice per week minimum.
Here are a few examples: - Walking - Running - Biking - Swimming Weightlifting is definitely important since adding 3 pounds of muscle burns as many calories as a 1 mile jog, and this is all while your sitting down! Do this for at least 30-45 minutes, twice per week minimum.
Tip: Once you have achieved your body fat % (10-11% for men, 16% for women), mix up your routines so your body can keep changing.
Do this every 2 weeks.
That is all there is to it.
