- 1). Write out your guest list, and get a final count of how many people you anticipate coming. Finalize the date of the gathering. - 3). Write down the information for your top 5 party plan reps. Call or email them with the date of your event and the other pertinent specifics. Contact at least three reps, preferably more, as chances are some will not have your date available or may not offer exactly what you are looking for.
