Adults and Insomnia
Sleeping is obviously necessary to function properly throughout the day.
As adults, we need this sleep to be ready for work, family, social life, and other obligations that we endure.
When these hours are not being met, we may be failing to put in our full effort at our jobs, with our kids, or with friends and other family members.
There are many reasons why some adults suffer from insomnia, but some are more common than others.
We are constantly running around, especially if we have children to attend to.
On the go as a parent all the time forces us to make choices that may not necessarily healthy or ideal for our bodies and can affect the amount or quality of sleep we get.

As much as we don't like to, exercising is key to helping get a good night's sleep.
