Take Control of Your World With Lucid Dreams, Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones
Hi there, would you like to go on a magical journey? You won't need a passport, visa or even any money but there are a couple of things you will need before you depart! First, I need you to open your mind to what I'm about to explain.
Lucid dreaming is having the ability to create your own virtual reality whenever you choose.
Yep, you are the producer, the director and the captain of the most wonderful things your mind can conceive.
It is a fact that we all have dreams, sometimes we can remember them with accurate detail.
Other times we only get fragments of where went in our dream journey, but more often than not, we have no recollection of having dreamt at all.
Remember, our brain is the controller of our body, determining when we sleep, when we wake up and also when and what we dream.
Now it gets interesting because our brain can be controlled by different sound waves that are comprised of different frequencies such as the alpha, delta and theta frequency.
In the alpha frequency state we are wide awake and alert, the delta frequency when we are in deep sleep, but the one we are mostly concerned with is the theta frequency which enables us to dream.
As we go to sleep our brain goes from the delta range into the higher theta range where the process of dreaming begins.
Now to control our dreams we need to range between delta and theta frequencies so that our subconscious is awake enough to choose and control our dream but at the same time be asleep.
It is being aware that you are awake long enough to realise that you are dreaming, while you are dreaming.
You will now be able to totally control your dream, this is known as lucid dreaming.
Therefore the key to enjoying lucid dreams is the ability to change frequencies.
In this state you have the privilege to dream whatever your heart desires without any danger, whether it is a flying visit to mars, going back in time to roam with the dinosaurs or a relaxing vacation on a luxury cruise liner, you are the captain and director.
At the moment you have very minimal control of your dreams so doesn't it make sense to have greater control of your brain and have fun with your life? Have you ever woken up feeling great after a wonderful dream? Now imagine waking up great all the time.
Second, as you may not be proficient at controlling these frequencies to enable lucid dreams, you may require an external tool to aid you.
I suggest you try listening to binaural beats.
Binaural beats, the most recognised brainwave technology to alter brainwave activity, is where two different sine waves are applied to each ear, the brain directly obtains each frequency separately and then creates its own frequency.
Because a different wave is applied to each ear, you will need stereo headphones.
If you don't have stereo headphones, an alternative to binaural beats are isochronic tones.
Isochronic tones use a single tone that is manually spaced to create a precise pattern so there is no need for headphones.
In saying that, I must point out that headphones do enhance the effectiveness of the audios.
