Do you start out with high motivation to lose weight, only to eventually falter and lose it? (Lose your motivation, but unfortunately not the fat!) Can you stick with your diet for a couple of weeks, only to be derailed and lose all motivation after a night out? Have you tried over and over again to lose weight and keep it off and since nothing has worked for you long-term, you keep searching online for "how to get motivated to lose weight"? Why Your Motivation To Lose Weight Doesn't Last In this Universe that we live in, Universal Laws dictate everything.
There is absolutely nothing you can do to change this, and you don't even have to believe in the laws of this Universe.
Whether or not you believe that there are very specific Universal Laws that we all live under will not change the fact that they are always present and operational.
Just like gravity is always present, whether you believe it or not! One of the laws of this Universe falls under the fact that this is a Universe based on attraction.
Perhaps you've heard of the law of attraction? Well if you are using it deliberately to create your life and your body then you are having no struggle on your path.
But what about motivation, and specifically your struggle with staying motivated to lose weight? Great question! And here's how that works: Motivation is an outside force.
It is not something that can even be sustained because you must use your willpower and force yourself to do whatever it is that you want to do, such as losing weight.
When you know exactly how to work with the laws of this Universe though, then motivation is not needed because you will feel inspired from within to take action.
Inspired action needs no force.
It needs no willpower.
It needs no motivation! Inspired action is the action that wild horses could not stop you from taking.
Inspired action is easy action, effortless action.
What exactly does this have to do with weight loss? That's another great question! Once you have the Inner Self that matches the body you'd love to have on the outside, then there is no more need for motivation.
When you match up your inside to the body you want on the outside then you feel inspired to take action.
But how would you do this? The way to do it is with a weight loss mindset.
If it is a solid and complete weight loss mindset that is, which means that it includes all of the necessary ingredients, Universal Laws being one of them.
This is exactly why I advise that "positive thinking" is never enough to create a weight loss mindset, if what you want to achieve for your result is struggle-free, permanent weight loss.
The kind of weight loss that requires no motivation.
No force.
No willpower, and no struggle.
