How to Check Your Current Savvytel Balance
- 1). Dial 126713 and press Send from your Savvytel mobile phone.
- 2). Listen for a voice to detail how much money is left on your prepaid account balance and how many days you have to recharge your phone. If the credit remaining on your phone is greater than zero, disregard the number of days you have to recharge your phone; credits on Savvytel phones never expire as long as you have credit available. Once your account balance reaches zero, you have 30 days to recharge your account or your account will expire.
- 3). Note how much you owe on your postpaid Savvytel account. The maximum account balance you may maintain on your Savvytel phone is A$360; once this amount is reached, you must pay your bill before you are allowed to use the service again.
- 4). Press the End button on your Savvytel phone when you are done checking your balance.
