Home to Georgia's second largest concentration of historical buildings, Brunswick is a great destination for visitors interested in historical structures. Brunswick is also the perfect central location to set up camp to explore the islands of the Golden Isles: Cumberland, Jekyll, St. Simons, Little St. Simons, and Sea Islands. By staying at an RV campground in Brunswick, RV owners can avoid some of the expense of staying on these popular islands and still reach any island location within 30 minutes. - Coastal Georgia RV Resort strives to really give its campgrounds an old-fashioned, resort camp feel. It has 105 spaces, with full 30/50 amp electrical, water, and sewage hookups. The lots are 35 feet wide and range from 60 to 70 feet long. Each lot has a picnic table, fire ring, and a grill. Amenities include two bath houses, two laundry facilities, and an on-site general store for picking up additional supplies and propane gas. In addition to these amenities, the campground also has a playground, a game room, a swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, and offers paddle boat rentals for paddle boating in its on-site lake (where you can also fish). The Coastal Georgia RV Resort is approximately 20 minutes away from historic downtown Brunswick and about 30 minutes away from attractions like the historic lighthouse on St. Simons Island.
