• Consider a Halloween outfit, even if it isn't Halloween yet. This could be a gift for the next Halloween, or a scary outfit that he can use to play pranks on his friends. Instead of the standard choices, like Superman or the Count, pick a wild outfit that is unlikely to be duplicated, like a beer can or a popular ESPN newscaster.
  
  

Funny License Plate Frames

• If he has a silly personality, buy him a license plate frame with an unusual message for his car. For instance, a frame that says "Single Guy...and Looking" or the popular "My Other Car Is a..." (fill in the blank) series of frames. You can have them personalized as well---choose a saying that he will instantly identify with, whether it's an inside joke or his personal mantra.
  
  To take the car related silly gift idea a step further, you can also get him a large car magnet made with a silly message of your choice to be placed on the side of the car (just leave it there and surprise him). These magnets come in various sizes, but are usually about 11 x 17 inches, and cost under $20 (see "Resources" below).
  
  

Talking Piggy Bank

• To help him save, buy him a humorous coin munching piggy bank to store extra change. There are piggy banks that can speak to him and demand more money in funny voices. This will help encourage him to give up all of the change in his pocket at the end of each day.
  
  If he saves up enough coins, he could have enough to take a vacation in the near future or pay off a bill, thanks to your silly but thoughtful gift.
