Concerning the pain of the past It's time to forget Let go of regret For I shall now arise And become a money magnet People I love, value, and cherish However without provision I undoubtedly will perish My friend it is simple economics The survival of the fittest Requiring sheer determination This I know experientially There is no need for investigation Take the principle and embrace application Of the keys to prosper I choose prosperity over poverty Riches to being clothed in rags A wealthy man gets respected and not nagged We all need provision to fulfill our lifelong vision Some being penniless have no imagination Their possibilities have never taken form They have never even dared to dream Because the economic pinch has made them scream Become increasingly fearful Keeping them from going forward I therefore choose this day To walk by faith and not by sight Realizing that as I believe my Creator to provide All lack shall be removed and wrongs made right No more shall I live in fear when things are tight I have no time to feel the stress Instead I choose to arise and do my best Prayerfully entreating my Maker My labor and dreams shall be blessed And being blessed, I too shall be a blessing My life shall not merely be about profiting With means and substance I shall influence and impact The peoples of the world With whom I come into contact Honoring people more than pleasures Preferring purpose over prosperity I will be all I can be And help others likewise wholeheartedly God Almighty, Jehovah-jireh Shall now mightily arise as my Provider My Source, my financial advisor, my all in all And I shall flourish and never fall As a money magnet, I shall stand tall.
