Chopstick Directions

    • 1). Rest the first chopstick in the crook between the base of your thumb and the side of your hand. Hold this chopstick stationery with slight pressure from the side of your middle finger.

    • 2). Balance the other chopstick on the tip of your thumb using your forefinger to steady it. Hold this chopstick above the other one; it is the one you will be moving. Grasp the chopsticks closer to the blunt end than to the pointed end, but keep the tips of the two chopsticks even with one another as you do this.

    • 3). Move your forefinger to maneuver the top chopstick, using it to squeeze a small piece of food between it and the lower, stationery chopstick.
