Try Painting Exciting Watercolors

Why is it that intelligent adults seem to find it hard to learn new things like painting with watercolors? Children don't struggle with the most complicated computer technology.
If that is the case...
"Why do adults find it hard to pick up new art skills?" In reality there is no mystery to learning drawing, painting or any other craft skill.
All you need is...
1.
A desire to learn 2.
An ambition to improve 3.
A willingness to practice The real difficulty lies in the fact that adults need to complicate things.
When they see an art expert producing incredible stuff and want to create a copy of the example instantly.
And, when the results appear crude and amateurish there is disappointment and despair.
The truth is that any expert knows how to make complicated things simple.
They developed their craft skills over many years (10 years or more perhaps).
So, there is no shame in accepting you cannot match the standard of a master's artwork instantly.
The key to your artistic success will come from beginning with simple and easy to do drawings and paintings.
Then, as your confidence grows...
You will see ways of simplifying complicated artwork.
It can take time but it is worth every ounce of your effort and hard work.
For example...
I had a great time preparing "1- Color Is Best" & "3- Colors Is All You Need".
In fact, I have found more enjoyment painting apparently simple and basic watercolors than from creating all of the serious pictures I have ever painted...
Plenty of thrills with no hassle.
Until you have tried it yourself, you cannot imagine the surprise when the tip of a brush full of watercolor color touches a wet surface of white watercolor paper.
The effect is electric...
it is uncontrollable...
it is like an explosion of color.
Now, imagine the paint drying process...
Color moves and settles...
wet areas suck color away from darker areas to leave lighter zones with sharp edges.
Until the paper has dried, nothing is certain.
This is where watercolor painting is most exciting.
Give it a try yourself...
Have a play with watercolors for a while.
Enjoy letting them paint themselves.
Amaze yourself at the way colors mix and blend naturally to produce unexpected results.
Soon, you will be armed with all the painting knowledge and skills needed to paint your dreams...
Plus, you will have had great fun while you learn.
