What really works, fast and easy diets, or healthy and easy ones? This kind of question can be answered by some, but still remains quite a blur to many.
Fast and easy ones seem to reap results, and healthy and easy diets seem to do too.
So which one should you go for? Fast and Easy Fast and easy diets can be really tempting to try.
Imagine a diet program that promises losing 15 lbs.
in just one week.
Or a diet program that requires you to take some supplements and shakes and promises a huge weight drop within the month.
Those are very tempting suggestions and promises.
And of course, most people would go for this.
Why wait for something that you really, really want when it can be achieved in a significantly shorter period of time? But then, as the famous adage goes, "success that comes quickly is apt to leave quickly".
When you go on crash diets, your body's metabolism gets all boggled up and confused that you end up with a screwed up metabolism that doesn't know what is going on in your body anymore.
So as a result, your body will take the only precaution it was programmed to do: store as much fat as it can for the "rainy days".
If you save money for the rainy days, then your body will do the same with your fats if it notices a sudden drop in your food intake.
It will think that there is a sudden shortage for food and it will do everything that it can to protect you.
And sadly, this is keeping more fat as possible.
In order to achieve this, some artificial sources like pills or supplements will be required so that it can aid in your body's metabolism.
Healthy and Easy Healthy and easy diets are not as quick as the promises of fast and easy ones, but it can ensure you a healthier and fitter you.
No side effects of any form whatsoever, and no unnatural stuff taken into your body's system.
It might take twice the amount of time, or even thrice, to achieve the same amount of weight loss as the fast diets, but then it is all natural, all healthy.
It's easy - but it just asks you for a little more time compared to the other one.
The Verdict As the saying goes, "health is wealth", thus the verdict is choose the healthy option.
A diet that is both healthy and easy is the best that you can ask for.
Plus, success that isn't too quick, won't leave that quick too.
