How to Make a PLO Koon Lightsaber
- 1). Lightly sand one end of the dowel rod. Sand the flat bottom of the cone.
- 2). Apply wood glue to the bottom of the cone. Press it to the sanded bottom of the dowel rod. Let the glue dry before continuing.
- 3). Paint the entire wooden piece silver.
- 4). Slide five black rubber rings over the flat end of the dowel rod. The top one should sit four inches from the top. Leave a 1/4 in. gap between each ring. Apply a thin layer of super glue inside each ring to keep it from moving.
- 5). Add the other five rings toward the top of the flat end of the dowel rod. Arrange like you did the other rings, only this time the top one should be 1/2 inch from the top.

Paint a thick black line where the base of the dowel rod is glued to the cone. Paint four small scalene triangles around the point of the cone. The top point of the triangle should face down. - 7). Glue the red bead two inches from where the dowel rod meets the cone. Glue the black button up one vertical inch from the red button.
